KTC has a practical supermarket redemption for cardmembers who regularly shop at Tops Food Hall or Tops. The current page says KTC cardmembers can redeem 1,999 KTC FOREVER points plus a THB 250 card charge to receive a THB 500 Tops e-cash voucher.
The official promotion period is 16 February to 31 December 2026. KTC says the voucher is redeemed through KTC Mobile and can be used at Tops Food Hall and Tops in-store. It is not valid at Tops Daily or Tops Online, so this is mainly useful for shoppers who already visit full Tops branches or Tops Food Hall locations.
The arithmetic is simple: you are using points plus THB 250 to unlock THB 500 in in-store voucher value. That can be worthwhile for regular grocery baskets, imported food, deli items or weekly essentials, but it is less useful if your nearest branch is Tops Daily or if you mainly order groceries online.
KTC says the e-coupon is valid for 90 days from successful redemption and that the THB 250 must be charged to the same credit card used to redeem points. As with most KTC promotions, normal card-status, excluded-card and non-transferable privilege conditions apply.
