KTC Health Level Up is a cumulative-spend campaign for cardholders with significant, already-planned health or fitness bills between 1 July and 31 December 2026. Rewards begin at THB 50,000 of eligible spending, and the total must come from at least three transactions. Hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, beauty businesses, spas and fitness merchants can qualify when their merchant category is coded correctly.
This is not a reason to buy unnecessary treatment or chase a threshold. It is most useful when a household already expects several eligible payments—perhaps a hospital bill, regular pharmacy purchases and a gym membership—and can register before or on each transaction date. Medical decisions should remain based on clinical need and professional advice, not a card reward.
Register First
Register before or on the transaction date and wait for confirmation. KTC lists SMS registration using ACC followed by the 16-digit card number to 0613845000, as well as online registration on the campaign page. A transaction made before successful registration may not count, so save the confirmation and receipts.

The First Tier
At THB 50,000 of eligible cumulative spending across at least three transactions, cardholders can select from the listed first-tier rewards. Examples shown by KTC include participating clinic discounts, hospital vaccine packages, an HDmall benefit, a short Fitness24Seven trial and a Jetts body scan. Availability and individual suitability still need checking.
Higher Thresholds
Additional tiers continue through THB 500,000, with different reward menus. Read the current table before assuming that a preferred reward sits at a particular threshold. KTC says e-coupons are generally sent within 60 days after the campaign and commonly have a 90-day validity, though some fitness rewards expire sooner.
Exclusions
Corporate cards and several named KTC products are excluded. Transactions also depend on eligible merchant category codes; a purchase from a business that feels health-related may not be coded as one. Government-service payments and unrelated retail spend should not be assumed to qualify. Returns and reversed transactions can reduce the final total.
A Sensible Strategy
List the payments you would make anyway, register before the first one and track only settled eligible transactions. Do not prepay for services you are uncertain about, and do not let a reward influence treatment choices. If the expected total falls naturally short of a tier, the rational saving may be to stop rather than manufacture spend.
