Pick The Correct Route
New and existing members receive different offers. Confirm your Yves Rocher membership status before staff activate the eCoupon, because the privilege is limited to one use during the campaign. New members should ask which merchandise receives the 35% reduction and whether the advertised gift remains in stock. Existing members should request the full treatment-course price and included sessions in writing.
Meet The Treatment Minimum
The existing-member benefit removes THB 1,000 from a treatment-course receipt of at least THB 3,000. Check whether that threshold is calculated before or after other reductions and whether the course expires. Ask about appointment availability, cancellation rules and any health contraindications. A course is good value only when you can realistically use every paid session.
Redeem In Front Of Staff
Open KTC Mobile at the participating branch and let staff verify the eCoupon while it is live. Screenshots are rejected. Payment must use the same eligible card connected to the redemption. Check connectivity and your points balance before the appointment, but wait for staff guidance before pressing the final redeem button because used points are not refundable.
Compare Cashback Value
The separate route offers 12% cashback on spending from THB 1,000 to THB 3,499 and 15% from THB 3,500. It requires at least 1,000 points and can use points up to the transaction value. Registration is required on the transaction date. Compare the points cost with other uses, and do not spend more only to reach the higher band.
Know The Limits
The offers cannot be combined automatically with other promotions. Several specialist card products are excluded, and cancelled or refunded transactions can remove a benefit. Keep the receipt, eCoupon confirmation and any cashback registration until the credit appears. Ask the branch to calculate each route separately, then choose the lowest real cost for the service or products you already intended to buy.
