Keep One Slip
The campaign applies per sales slip and prohibits splitting one transaction into several slips to obtain more benefits. Ask the cashier to complete returns, voids or corrections before registration. A cancelled or refunded purchase can remove the cashback entitlement.
Wait For Credit
KTC states that cashback is credited within 60 days after the end of the relevant calendar month. Save the receipt and confirmation until the credit appears. If it does not, contact KTC with transaction details without sharing a full card number in an insecure channel.
