KTC cardholders can redeem 399 KTC FOREVER points for one 22-ounce Nature Thai Tea with pearls at participating Fuku Matcha branches. The drink is listed with a THB 80 value, and the promotion runs from 1 October 2026 through 28 February 2027, subject to the available allocation and branch participation.
This is an in-store mobile redemption, not a delivery discount. Open KTC Mobile only when you are ready to order, confirm that the counter accepts the promotion, and let staff watch the final redemption step. A screenshot of an already redeemed coupon is not accepted.
What you receive
The benefit is tied to one named menu item: Nature Thai Tea with pearls in the 22-ounce size. It does not act as THB 80 credit against another drink, and customisations or add-ons may cost extra. Ask about sweetness and ice choices before redeeming because the points cannot be restored simply because the finished drink is not to your taste.
Only one promotional drink may be redeemed per receipt. If two eligible cardholders are ordering together, ask the branch whether separate receipts are required. Keep the KTC Mobile confirmation visible until staff have completed the transaction.
Redeem at the counter
In KTC Mobile, locate the Fuku Matcha privilege and follow the points-redemption flow. Press the final redeem control in front of the cashier, then show the generated e-coupon. Do not activate it while travelling to the branch because the counter needs to see a live, valid result.
The points balance must be sufficient at the moment of redemption. Mobile data and a charged phone are essential. If the app fails, do not let staff substitute an informal screenshot or manual promise; either retry through the supported flow or pay normally.
Check branch participation
The promotion applies at participating Fuku Matcha branches and excludes delivery channels. Before making a special journey, call or message the intended branch and ask whether it currently accepts the 399-point offer and has the named drink available. Mall opening hours and last-order times can differ.
Counter staff may need a few minutes to confirm the campaign during busy periods. Order before redeeming so that stock, size and pearls are settled first. A sold-out topping can change whether the advertised item can be supplied as stated.
Card exclusions
The published conditions exclude several card products, including KTC cash cards and specified corporate, government, fuel and other programme cards. Eligibility depends on the card connected to the KTC account rather than possession of points alone. Check the full exclusion list in the promotion terms if your card is not a standard personal credit card.
The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another promotion. If a branch has a separate cash-price special, compare the real saving before spending points. The most useful redemption is the one that matches how you already value your KTC points.
Use the offer well
A THB 80 drink for 399 points is a simple low-balance redemption, but it is still worth checking the branch menu and your points strategy. Cardholders saving for airline or larger travel rewards may prefer to pay cash, while occasional users may appreciate an immediate, easy-to-understand benefit.
The final promotion date is 28 February 2027, but availability can end earlier. Do not leave a planned redemption until the final evening. Reconfirm the live terms in KTC Mobile immediately before ordering, especially if the branch has changed operating hours.
