FIND Design Fair Asia moves to Bangkok for its fifth edition from 26 to 28 November 2026. The furniture, interiors and design trade event will occupy Hall 2 on the ground level of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, placing products, talks and professional networking beside the MRT.
This is an adult trade event rather than a family design festival. Visitors must be at least 18, online pre-registration is free, and the organiser lists a THB 500 charge for on-site registration. Registering before arrival is the easiest saving.
Who it serves
FIND is designed for architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality teams, retailers, buyers, contractors and other professionals who specify products. The mix covers furniture, lighting, surfaces, textiles, kitchens, bathrooms and design technology.
A clear work objective makes the floor more manageable. Decide whether the priority is sourcing, trends, speakers, partnerships or a specific project before opening the exhibitor directory.
Register early
Complete the online form before travelling and save the confirmation or badge instructions. On-site registration is listed at THB 500, while online pre-registration is free.
Use professional details that match your identification and business role. Trade events may review visitor categories, and a complete profile is less likely to slow collection at the entrance.

Build a route
The 2026 programme spans global brands, national pavilions, a Thailand-focused TIDA showcase and the FIND Global Summit. Trying to see everything in one sweep can turn the visit into a blur.
Mark priority exhibitors and talks, then group them by hall location and time. Leave unscheduled space for material samples, demonstrations and conversations that run longer than expected.
Use the summit
The summit brings industry leaders into discussions around design, business, hospitality and the built environment. Choose sessions that answer a current brief rather than attending only the most famous speaker.
Arrive early for high-interest talks and record concise notes: one idea, one contact and one next action. That format is easier to use after the event than pages of unfiltered quotations.

Prepare for sourcing
Bring project dimensions, performance requirements and target budgets in a form that can be shared without exposing confidential client material. Photograph labels beside products so images remain identifiable.
Ask about lead times, Thai distribution, minimum orders, warranties, testing standards and after-sales support. A beautiful sample is only useful when the procurement route works for the project.
Reach QSNCC
Queen Sirikit National Convention Center is at 60 Ratchadaphisek Road. MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre station Exit 3 provides the most direct public-transport approach.
Use the venue signs for Hall 2 on the ground level. Bangkok traffic is unpredictable, so MRT is usually the safer choice when a scheduled talk or meeting cannot be missed.

Check the hours
The event homepage and press material list 10am to 7.30pm across 26 to 28 November. A separate organiser FAQ has shown earlier closing times, so use the registration confirmation and final agenda as the controlling schedule.
Plan important appointments before late afternoon and reconfirm Saturday timing. Official pages can be updated as operations settle, and leaving a buffer protects the visit from a last-minute change.
After the fair
Sort contacts and samples within 24 hours. Add the product, discussion and promised follow-up to each name while the conversation is fresh, then send only the material relevant to the next decision.
A useful fair visit produces a short shortlist, not an overloaded bag. Compare suppliers on suitability, service and delivery as well as design before recommending them to a client or project team.
Bring the essentials
Wear shoes suitable for a full day on concrete, carry a light layer for air-conditioning and bring a compact charger. A refillable water bottle may be useful if venue rules allow it, while a small tote keeps catalogues from occupying both hands.
Use a phone folder for QR codes, appointments and floor-plan screenshots. Photograph every sample with its exhibitor name and stand number in the same frame, then back up the day’s notes before leaving QSNCC.
Meetings need buffers
QSNCC is large and a promising stand conversation can overrun. Leave at least 15 minutes between formal appointments, identify a simple meeting point and exchange direct contact details before the fair.
If colleagues are attending, divide sectors and agree on a shared note format. A short end-of-day review prevents duplicate supplier conversations and helps the team decide which stands deserve a second visit.
