Bhawa Spa has an active KTC credit card promotion that is worth checking before booking a Bangkok spa treatment. The headline privilege is 20% off every service at Bhawa Spa, plus 15% off spa product purchases. KTC lists the service and product discount period from 1 February 2026 to 30 June 2026.
The same KTC page also lists cashback privileges for eligible spending when cardmembers register correctly. For most readers, the simple discount will be the easier benefit to use: reserve in advance, present the KTC credit card, pay with that card and confirm the discount with staff before treatment starts.
What It Includes
The service discount covers every service at Bhawa Spa according to KTC's published offer. That makes it more flexible than a deal tied to one treatment name. It can work for massage, facial or spa ritual bookings as long as the selected service is accepted by Bhawa Spa under the offer terms on the day you visit. Product purchases get a separate 15% discount.
For cardmembers who already use KTC FOREVER points, KTC also lists a 13% cashback privilege for spending every THB 1,000 per sales slip and redeeming every 1,000 points. That part needs correct registration, enough points and a confirmed reply from KTC. It is useful for higher-value spa visits, but it is also the easiest part to get wrong if you wait until checkout.
How To Use It
Make an advance reservation with Bhawa Spa by phone at 02-254-9663 or Line OA @bhawaspa. Tell the team you plan to use the KTC promotion, then present the eligible KTC credit card at the branch before paying. KTC says payment must be made by KTC credit card only.
For cashback registration, follow KTC's instructions on the offer page before or within the spending date. SMS registration requires the correct code and card number, while online registration is through the KTC wellness campaign page. Do not rely on a screenshot or a verbal request after the transaction if KTC registration has not been completed.
