Food And Hospitality Thailand 2026: Registration And Visitor Guide

Food and Hospitality Thailand returns for its 32nd edition from 19 to 22 August 2026 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The show runs from 10am to 6pm in halls 1 to 4 on level G, bringing food, hotel, restaurant, cafe and service suppliers together under the current theme, All Sectors, One Destination.

This is a trade event for business and industry visitors, not a general food festival. Visitors under 16 and the general public are not admitted, and proper business attire is required. Pre-register online, bring professional identification and choose the exhibitors, conferences or competitions that justify your day before entering a very large show floor.

Confirm Your Eligibility

Registration is aimed at hospitality professionals, buyers, operators, chefs, retailers, distributors and related businesses. Complete the form with accurate company details and retain the confirmation. Bring a business card or other professional evidence in case it is requested. Do not bring children under 16. The organiser also excludes visitors in shorts or slippers, so dress for a business exhibition even when Bangkok weather is hot.

Map The Eight Zones

The show divides suppliers into specialist areas rather than one undifferentiated hall. Review the current zone map and mark the categories that affect your work, such as food and beverage, bakery, hospitality technology, interiors or equipment. Group nearby stands into a route. A focused plan leaves time for useful conversations; random walking can consume hours while missing the one supplier you came to meet.

Book Meetings Early

Use the exhibitor list to identify priority companies and request short meetings before the event. Share the purchasing problem, property size or project timeline so the supplier can bring relevant information. Leave gaps between appointments for walking and unexpected discoveries. Collect only material you will use, and photograph stand numbers with permission. A note beside every contact is more valuable than a bag of unlabelled brochures. If several colleagues attend, divide the hall by purchasing responsibility and agree when to regroup. That prevents everyone repeating the same introductory conversations while important categories receive no attention.

Use The Programme

Conferences, masterclasses and the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge can provide more context than product stands alone. Bartender, chocolate and coffee-related competitions also show techniques and market direction. Some sessions may require separate registration or fees. Check language, capacity and exact timing before arrival, then build the exhibition route around one or two high-value sessions rather than trying to attend everything.

Reach QSNCC

MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre connects directly with the venue and avoids central Bangkok traffic. Follow signs to level G and the stated halls after collecting your badge. If driving, confirm current parking conditions and allow time for queues. The complex is large, so choose a meeting landmark and share it with colleagues. Comfortable closed shoes matter more than formal heels during a full day of walking.

Work The Floor Well

Introduce yourself with a concise description of your business and need. Ask about minimum orders, Thailand distribution, delivery time, warranties, training, installation and after-sales support. For food products, add shelf life, storage, certifications and sampling terms. Never agree to a major purchase only because a show promotion creates urgency. Take the quotation, compare suppliers and check references after the event.

Follow Up Quickly

Review notes the same evening and classify contacts into immediate, later and irrelevant. Send useful suppliers a message that names the product and next action, then schedule samples, demonstrations or site visits. Share learnings with colleagues who could not attend. Dispose of duplicate brochures responsibly and keep digital material in a project folder. A successful trade show ends with a short list of decisions and trials, not simply a high badge-scan count. Assign an owner and deadline to every serious follow-up so promising conversations do not disappear into a shared inbox after the event.
