KTC cardholders can get 5% off every service at S-Mart AWC Clinic’s InterContinental Bangkok branch through 31 December 2026. The offer applies at the clinic’s President Tower location beside the hotel complex, requires advance booking and must be paid with an eligible KTC credit card.
Two separate rewards may also be relevant. Registered spending can earn 0.5% cashback, while cardholders with enough KTC FOREVER points can redeem 1,000 points for THB 130 cashback on each THB 1,000 of eligible spending. Registration timing matters, and the points option is not free money because it uses points that could have been saved for another redemption.
The service discount
The 5% discount covers services at the S-Mart AWC InterContinental branch from 1 August to 31 December 2026. Present the KTC card to staff and pay with that card. The published conditions do not promise that the reduction can be stacked with a clinic package, voucher or another promotion, so ask for the final amount before treatment begins.
Because the discount is percentage-based, the baht saving depends on the service price. A THB 5,000 service would be reduced by THB 250 if fully eligible, while a THB 20,000 service would be reduced by THB 1,000. Do not add services merely to enlarge the discount. Start with a consultation and a written quotation for the care you actually need.
Cashback choices
The simplest cashback route pays 0.5% on eligible registered spending. Registration must be completed before or on the first spending date, and KTC must send a successful confirmation. Cashback is credited within 60 days after the end of the spending month. Purchases under this route do not earn normal KTC points.
The points route returns THB 130 for every 1,000 points redeemed against each THB 1,000 of eligible spending. Registration is required for every sales slip on the transaction date, and the card must have enough points and credit limit. If the points balance is lower than the sale, KTC applies only complete THB 1,000 blocks under the published conditions.

Reserve in advance by calling 061-212-9555 or using the clinic’s official LINE account, @s-martintercon. State that you plan to use the KTC privilege and ask staff to confirm that the intended service qualifies. Keep the written booking reply, registration confirmation and sales slip until any cashback is credited.
The clinic is in Room G102 on the ground floor of President Tower Shopping Center, connected to InterContinental Bangkok, at 973 Phloen Chit Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan. It lists daily hours from 9am to 7pm. BTS Chit Lom is the most convenient rail stop, but confirm the route and appointment time before travelling.
Registration timing
Use KTC’s official online campaign page for registration rather than sending card details through an unverified message or social account. The 0.5% route requires one successful registration per card before or on the first qualifying spending date. The points route requires a new registration for each sales slip on the transaction date.
Only a confirmation from KTC completes registration. If it does not arrive, contact KTC before paying or relying on the reward. Cancelled and refunded transactions do not qualify, and a card that is overdue or no longer in normal status can lose eligibility. General card exclusions include several cash-back, corporate and government-service products.
Choose care first
The clinic covers aesthetic, longevity and wellness services, but a card promotion does not establish medical suitability. Share relevant diagnoses, allergies, medicines, pregnancy status and previous procedures. Ask who will provide the service, what evidence supports it, what results are realistic and what risks, recovery or follow-up may apply.
For injectable or device-based treatments, confirm the product or machine, clinician credentials and treatment plan before consent. For IV or preventive-health services, ask why any test or therapy is recommended for you. Pay the card bill in full by the due date where possible, and postpone the purchase if the clinical explanation or total cost remains unclear.
