Bangkok Bar Show 2026 concludes at Anantara Siam on 25 October

Bangkok Bar Show 2026 reaches its final day on Sunday 25 October at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. From noon to 7pm, the event brings spirits brands, tastings, talks and industry conversations into one central venue. It is open beyond the trade, but the best visit is planned around learning and selective tasting rather than trying everything in the room.

Time and place

The show runs from 12pm to 7pm at Anantara Siam Bangkok, 155 Ratchadamri Road. The hotel is close to Ratchadamri BTS, which is the simplest arrival route for most visitors. Enter through the hotel’s event area and keep the ticket confirmation and identification ready.

Arriving near opening gives more room for seminars and conversations. A later visit may feel livelier but leaves less time to pace tastings. Check the official programme on arrival because speaker times, rooms and brand activities can shift during a live event.

Tickets today

The official ticket page lists on-site entry at THB500 for one day or THB900 for a two-day pass. Since this is the final day, confirm what is actually being sold at the desk before payment. The ticket information says no complimentary drink is included, so budget separately for any paid serve or activity.

Advance and VIP products shown in earlier promotions may no longer be available. Do not travel expecting an expired price or benefit. Use the current event page and on-site desk as the controlling sources for entry, capacity and the final-day programme.

Build a tasting plan

Start by choosing a small number of spirit categories or producers you genuinely want to understand. Ask about production, regional ingredients and serving style before accepting a sample. Small pours add up, and palate fatigue arrives long before every stand has been visited.

Drink water regularly and eat before or during the event. Spitting is normal in professional tasting contexts when facilities are provided. It allows guests to evaluate aroma and flavour without consuming every pour. Never feel obliged to finish a sample that is not useful.

Use the seminars

Talks and masterclasses often provide more lasting value than a crowded sweep of booths. Pick one or two sessions and arrive early enough to find the room. Take brief notes on techniques, ingredients or bars to visit later, but keep recording devices away unless the organiser permits them.

Hospitality workers can use the show to meet suppliers and peers, while curious consumers can learn the vocabulary behind a bar menu. A good question is specific and short. Let exhibitors serve the queue, then continue a deeper conversation only when the stand becomes quiet.

Around the city

Bangkok Bar Show traditionally connects with guest shifts and related bar activity across the city. Treat those listings as separate venue events with their own hours, capacity and spending rules. A show ticket does not automatically reserve a place at an evening bar.

Choose one evening destination at most after a full afternoon of tasting. Travel time, queues and alcohol can turn an ambitious list into a poor experience. Reserve where possible and check the venue’s official account for any final change.

Responsible attendance

This is an alcohol-focused event. Bring valid identification, follow age restrictions and accept staff decisions about service. Pregnant visitors, designated drivers and anyone avoiding alcohol can still focus on talks, products and non-alcoholic options without tasting spirits.

Use the BTS, a licensed taxi or reputable ride-hailing service. Do not drive after drinking. Keep valuables secure in the crowd, charge the phone before arrival and agree on a meeting point if the group separates.

Make the final day count

A useful three-hour visit might include one seminar, a meal break, four or five purposeful tastings and time to revisit the most interesting producer. That leaves a clearer memory than collecting every sample offered across the floor.

Before leaving, save the names of bottles, bars or people worth following. The show is most valuable when it changes how you order, serve or think about a drink later. Step outside hydrated, allow the palate to recover and make the journey home the final part of the plan.

Plan the details

Industry visitors should carry a simple way to exchange contact details, but the show floor is not the place for a long sales pitch. Note the person, product and reason to follow up, then send a concise message after the event. Consumers can photograph bottle labels with permission so they remember what they liked without relying on an alcohol-softened memory.

The hotel is an operating property while the show is under way. Follow signs, keep noise inside event areas and do not treat guest floors as overflow space. If changing clothes or storing luggage, arrange that through the hotel or another legitimate facility rather than leaving bags unattended near the halls. Respect quiet hotel guests throughout the day.
