KTC cardholders shopping at participating luxury brand stores in Luxe Galerie on level 1 of Central Chidlom can exchange KTC FOREVER points for tiered cashback. The campaign runs from 1 June to 31 July 2026, with the highest headline rate limited to qualifying Friday-to-Sunday purchases.
This is not an automatic till discount. The cardholder must spend at a participating store, use points equal to the transaction amount and take the sales slip to the first-floor customer-service counter on the purchase date. Cashback is credited later, so the full transaction still affects the card balance first.

Cashback Tiers
From Friday to Sunday, spending THB 10,000 or more in one eligible transaction can receive 20% cashback. A Friday-to-Sunday spend of THB 3,000-9,999 can receive 16%. The 13% route is available every day without a minimum spend, subject to the campaign terms.
All three routes require KTC FOREVER points equal to the spending amount. Treat those points as a resource with an alternative value, not as free money. Compare the cashback with how else you would use the points before choosing the highest percentage.
Same-Day Steps
After payment, take the original sales slip to Central Chidlom customer service on level 1 before leaving the department store. Complete the redemption or registration required for the selected benefit that day; returning later may make the transaction ineligible.
Photograph the receipt and confirmation. KTC states that cashback should be credited within 60 days after the end of the transaction month, so keep the record until the statement entry appears.
Instalment Route
An alternative 0% instalment plan is available on eligible spending of at least THB 5,000. Cardholders redeem points worth 20%, 40% or 50% of the transaction for repayment over three, six or 10 months respectively, with registration required for each transaction.
Do not compare a cashback route with instalments using percentage alone. Cashback rewards a purchase already affordable in full; instalments change cash flow but commit future card capacity. Pick the route that fits the household budget after the item, not the promotion, has been chosen.

Confirm that the brand store participates, the item is eligible and the sales slip will carry the required Central Chidlom details. Returns, cancellations or partial refunds can change or reverse benefits.
Some principal KTC-Krungthai Wealth cardholders may qualify for additional capped benefits, but quotas and card status apply. Ask the counter to calculate the specific route rather than adding multiple advertised percentages together.
