Beauty Hall’s Beautiversary promotion gives KTC cardholders a tiered way to reduce the cost of skincare, fragrance, cosmetics and other eligible beauty purchases throughout October. The headline rate is 18%, available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays when one sales slip reaches at least THB 12,000 and the cardholder redeems KTC FOREVER points equal to the purchase amount.
A lower weekend threshold also applies: spend THB 3,000 to THB 11,999 on one slip, redeem points equal to the spend and receive 16% off. On any day of the week, there is a 13% option with no minimum spend, again requiring points equal to the sales-slip value. The campaign runs from 1 to 31 October 2026 at Beauty Hall counters in participating The Mall Lifestore and The Mall branches.
Choose the right tier
The 18% tier is the strongest, but it should not encourage an unnecessary basket. If your planned replenishment already comes close to THB 12,000, a weekend appointment makes sense. If not, the 16% weekend tier or the everyday 13% tier can preserve more points and avoid buying products you do not need.
All three rates require a point balance equal to the sales-slip amount. That is a substantial points commitment, especially for the top tier. Open the KTC app before shopping and check the available balance. If you are buying across several counters, ask Beauty Hall whether the items can be consolidated into one eligible sales slip before assuming the threshold will be met.
Where it applies
KTC lists Beauty Hall at The Mall Lifestore and The Mall branches. Participating counters, brands and product lines can still vary by store. For a specific serum, fragrance size or limited collection, call the branch or Beauty Hall counter first and ask about stock as well as campaign eligibility.
The offer is most useful for planned purchases such as a regular skincare refill, a fragrance you have already tested, or several household members combining eligible items on one receipt. Shade matching and skin consultations can take time, so avoid leaving a high-value beauty purchase until the final hour of a Sunday.

- Present an eligible KTC credit card at the Beauty Hall counter.
- Keep qualifying purchases on one sales slip.
- Tell staff that you want the Beautiversary point-redemption offer before payment.
- Redeem points equal to the sales-slip amount.

Important exclusions
The promotion excludes KTC CASH BACK cards, Thai Red Cross National Blood Centre cards, corporate cards and government-services cards. It cannot be stacked across split sales slips to create a qualifying total. The discount is described as an on-top benefit after participating store discounts, but brand exclusions, counter rules and stock limits can still apply.
Returns and exchanges can affect a points-based transaction. Ask for the branch’s policy on unopened beauty products, shade errors and defective items before paying. Keep both the itemised receipt and the card slip until you are satisfied with the purchase.
A smarter shopping plan
Make a short list, check prices across authorised counters and calculate the cash saving against the value you place on KTC points. Points are not free: using a large balance now means fewer points for later travel or cashback campaigns. The right tier is therefore the one that fits a purchase you already intended to make.
