Siam Paragon has been Bangkok’s premier luxury shopping destination since it opened, and in 2025 it doubled down on that position with an ambitious expansion: 15 new and exclusive luxury brands, including first-time Thai entries from Delvaux, Boucheron, and Faure Le Page, along with the largest number of luxury duplex flagships in the country. With 90 luxury brand stores across 35,000 square metres of dedicated luxury retail space—the city’s largest—Siam Paragon and its parent company Siam Piwat control approximately 70% of Thailand’s luxury retail market. In a country where the luxury market is valued at US$4.4 billion and growing at 5% annually, that dominance is significant.
The Brand Roster
The ground-floor luxury wing reads like a who’s who of global fashion and jewellery: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Prada, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and dozens more. The 2025 expansion added a first-of-its-kind luxury dining zone—with Michelin-starred chefs launching exclusive new concepts—integrating fine dining directly into the luxury shopping experience. This is where Bangkok’s elite shop, and the foot traffic reflects it: this is not a mall where luxury brands sit quietly waiting for customers.
Beyond Shopping
SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World, one of Southeast Asia’s largest aquariums, occupies the basement level with interactive marine exhibits open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The multiplex cinema offers premium screening experiences. But for many visitors, the real draw below the luxury floor is the Gourmet Market—a premium supermarket and foodie destination featuring Japanese snacks, European cheeses, artisan breads, imported sauces, rare spices, wagyu beef, and seasonal seafood. The “You Hunt We Cook” service lets you select meats and seafood from the market counters and have them prepared on-site for immediate dining. The food hall above offers everything from fresh oyster bars and Japanese gyoza to German currywurst and Indian curry.
Siam Paragon vs ICONSIAM vs Central Embassy
Each of Bangkok’s three premier luxury destinations serves a different need. Siam Paragon offers the broadest brand selection and most complete entertainment complex (aquarium, cinema, gourmet market)—ideal for comprehensive luxury shopping with family-friendly diversions. ICONSIAM delivers cultural immersion alongside luxury retail, with its SookSiam floating market and riverside setting creating an experience-driven destination. Central Embassy is the most curated and architecturally distinctive, with a quieter, gallery-like atmosphere, avant-garde fashion focus, and the Open House concept on the sixth floor featuring rare books and premium novelties. All three are operated or co-operated by Siam Piwat Group.
