Count Eligible Spend
The receipt total may include items that the campaign excludes. Tops, Power Buy, B2S, BnB Home, Supersports, rental-space merchants, vouchers, alcohol, medicine and non-participating products are among the listed exclusions. Ask staff to identify eligible lines before deciding the spend band.
Check The Points
The promotion requires points equal to the eligible spending amount. Open the KTC app or ask at payment for the usable balance. Do not increase the basket only to reach a percentage tier if the extra goods cost more than the added saving.
Keep The Evidence
Check that the receipt shows the agreed discount and point redemption. Keep the card slip and app record until the transaction settles. Wealth-card cashback has its own period, caps and availability, so it should not be assumed merely because the Robinson discount worked.
