The Signature One-Bedroom Suite is 66 sqm and accommodates up to three guests. It is the most proportionate choice for a couple who wants a real living room, a longer-stay base or space to host a quiet conversation. City-view and river-view versions are listed, so confirm the view category rather than assuming every booking faces the water.
For two adults and a child, ask exactly how the third guest sleeps and whether the quoted rate includes that setup. A generous floor area does not automatically mean a second permanent bed.
Family suite
The Signature Family Suite measures 125 sqm and accommodates up to four guests. It has the convenience of a larger shared plan without jumping to the size and cost of the multi-bedroom categories. Families should still check the bedroom configuration, privacy between sleeping areas and the number of full bathrooms before confirming.
This category suits parents who value a substantial living room and a calm high-floor base. It can also work for a couple who wants dining and relaxation space, but the premium only makes sense if that extra room will be used.
Two bedrooms
The Signature Two-Bedroom Suite ranges from 176 to 186 sqm and allows up to five guests. This is the practical sweet spot for two couples, a multigenerational family or friends who want genuine bedroom separation. Ask which exact floor plan is attached to the rate, because a ten-square-metre range can reflect meaningful differences in circulation or room shape.
Privacy matters as much as capacity. Confirm whether each bedroom has direct bathroom access, how the fifth guest is accommodated and whether the dining space seats the whole party comfortably.
Three bedrooms
The 266 sqm Signature Three-Bedroom Suite accommodates up to seven guests and includes a kitchen. This is the collection’s clearest group product. It works for a large family, a wedding party or travellers who need separate sleeping rooms and a central living area.
A kitchen can be useful for children, dietary routines or a long stay, but ask what appliances and tableware are actually provided. Hotel-suite kitchens are not always equipped like residential apartments.
Included benefits
Collection guests receive breakfast at Cafe Mozu from 6am to 11am and access to Tower Club Lounge from 6am to 6pm. The minibar includes non-alcoholic drinks that are replenished daily, while the alcoholic selection is listed as an arrival benefit rather than a daily refill.
The hotel also publishes a shuttle to Saphan Taksin BTS every 30 minutes from 7am to 5pm. This helps during the day, but it does not replace an evening transport plan. Silom Road traffic can be heavy, and the walk from the river or BTS can feel longer in heat or rain.
Balcony rules
The balconies are a defining feature, but lebua keeps them locked by default.
