Tops Online is offering two limited discount-code tiers for eligible KTC Mastercard cardmembers from 1 October through 31 December 2026. A THB 3,000 qualifying order can receive THB 500 off, while a THB 1,300 qualifying order can receive THB 170 off. The code is obtained through My Coupons and used on Tops Online. KTC says no campaign registration or points redemption is required, but code quantities and successful redemptions are limited.
Pick the right basket
The larger tier removes about 16.7 percent from a THB 3,000 qualifying basket, while the smaller tier removes about 13.1 percent from THB 1,300. Those percentages fall if the basket is much larger than the threshold. Build the order around groceries you would buy anyway and avoid adding low-priority products only to cross the line. Check whether delivery fees count and whether excluded products reduce qualifying spend.
Claim the code first
Open the relevant KTC channel and find the offer in My Coupons before completing the shop. A displayed campaign is not the same as a reserved code. Read the expiry and redemption instructions, then copy the code carefully. Limited availability means a code may disappear before the overall campaign end. Do not rely on items remaining in the basket while you troubleshoot the card or coupon.
Apply it before payment
Enter the code at the Tops Online checkout and verify that the discount appears before authorising payment. Use the eligible KTC Mastercard associated with the campaign. If the discount does not show, check the qualifying subtotal, excluded goods, delivery area and account conditions. Do not finish the order expecting customer service to add the discount later unless the written terms explicitly allow that.
Watch product exclusions
Supermarket promotions often exclude alcohol, tobacco, infant formula, gift cards, phone top-ups, medicines, controlled products or marketplace items. The current campaign page and checkout determine the exact list. Review substitutions too: if an unavailable item is removed, the final qualifying subtotal could fall below the threshold. Choose acceptable replacements or add a useful buffer without turning the deal into overspending.
Check fulfilment timing
The campaign ends on 31 December 2026, but code inventory may run out earlier. Confirm whether eligibility is based on order date, payment date or delivery date. Holiday delivery slots can also fill quickly. Save the successful order summary, coupon result and final receipt until the card transaction settles. If Tops changes quantities after picking, check that the promised discount remains on the revised total.
Use the THB 500 tier for a genuine larger grocery shop and the THB 170 tier for a more modest order. Claim the code, check the qualifying subtotal and see the discount at checkout before paying. The strongest saving comes from replacing planned household spend, not from purchasing extra items to reach a promotional threshold.
