KTC cardholders can turn KTC FOREVER points into a Ticketmelon e-coupon worth up to THB 1,400. The campaign runs from 1 March through 31 December 2026, and redemption starts in KTC Mobile before the coupon is applied in Ticketmelon’s My Coupon area.
The value depends on matching the right tier to a single eligible purchase. One e-coupon may be used per transaction or sales slip, and each tier has a minimum spend. Check the event’s refund rules before converting points because the e-coupon is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Compare the four tiers
Redeem 900 points for THB 100 off a minimum THB 1,000 purchase, or 2,500 points for THB 300 off at least THB 2,000. The larger options are 5,000 points for THB 650 off at least THB 3,000 and 10,000 points for THB 1,400 off at least THB 5,000.
Do not choose a larger coupon merely because the saving looks better. If your eligible total is below its threshold, it will not apply. Compare the points cost with your actual basket and with other ways you use KTC points.
Redeem in KTC Mobile
Open the Ticketmelon privilege in KTC Mobile, select the intended tier and complete the points redemption. The resulting e-coupon should appear under My Coupon for use on Ticketmelon. It is not entered as an ordinary promotional code.
Complete this only after confirming the event, ticket quantity and payable total. Keep the coupon details private. Once points have been exchanged, the e-coupon cannot be transferred to another person or refunded as cash.
Apply it at checkout
Sign in to the Ticketmelon account that will hold the booking, choose the event and seats, then select the e-coupon in My Coupon. Review the discount before authorising payment. Service fees or non-ticket charges may affect how the minimum spend is calculated.
Only one e-coupon is allowed per transaction or sales slip. Multiple coupons cannot be stacked to reach a bigger reduction. If you are buying for a group, compare one larger transaction with separate bookings, seat availability and the risk of being split.
Read the event rules
The coupon campaign does not override an organiser’s conditions. Check age limits, admission time, identity requirements, standing-zone rules and whether tickets can be renamed. For festivals or outdoor events, look for weather and postponement terms.
A cancelled event may follow the organiser’s refund process, while the redeemed coupon remains subject to the campaign rules. Save the Ticketmelon confirmation, KTC redemption record and payment receipt until the event has taken place.
Timing and availability
The e-coupon is listed for use through 31 December 2026 or until codes are exhausted. There is no published one-coupon lifetime limit per user, but each redemption consumes points and each purchase accepts only one coupon.
Recheck the live privilege immediately before redemption. A popular event can change price tiers while you are deciding, and a coupon does not reserve a seat. Secure the correct event date and account details before committing points.
