Travellers holding an eligible KTC Bangkok Airways credit card can now exchange 2,999 KTC FOREVER points for entry to participating domestic Coral Lounges. The offer runs from 15 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 and includes the domestic areas at Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang, plus Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Udon Thani, Phuket and Hat Yai. Each live e-coupon admits one person for up to two hours and thirty minutes.
Check card eligibility
The benefit is for KTC Bangkok Airways credit cardholders whose accounts earn KTC FOREVER points. It is not a general lounge benefit for every KTC product. Open KTC Mobile before travel and confirm that the redemption appears for the card you plan to use. The account must have at least 2,999 available points when the coupon is claimed.
Redeem in the app
Use KTC Mobile to exchange the points and obtain the e-coupon. At the lounge entrance, show the live code to staff before entering. Screenshots are a poor substitute for an active coupon and should not be relied upon. One code covers one traveller, so couples or families need a separate eligible redemption for each person.
Use the Bangkok branches
The offer lists the domestic-terminal Coral Lounges at Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang. That means the flight and security route must place the traveller in the relevant domestic area. An international itinerary or a different terminal may not reach the participating lounge. Check the boarding pass, airport map and branch hours before exchanging points.
Allow for the cap
KTC limits the promotion to 100 privileges per month and 1,200 across the entire campaign. A coupon may be unavailable even before the published end date if allocation has been used. Travellers should not redeem too early without checking coupon expiry, but waiting until boarding day also creates a risk that the month’s inventory is gone.
Value the points
The decision is personal because points can be used elsewhere. Consider the length of the airport wait, whether food or a quiet seat would otherwise be purchased, and whether the lounge is conveniently located near the gate. A short connection may not justify 2,999 points, while a long domestic departure with work or family needs can make the access more useful.
Keep airport time
Lounge access does not change bag-drop, security or boarding deadlines. Reach the gate according to the airline’s instructions and leave the lounge early enough for the walk. The two-and-a-half-hour limit is a maximum stay, not permission to delay boarding. Keep the boarding pass, identification and phone charged throughout the visit.
