Let’s Relax Spa offers several KTC routes through 31 December 2026. The easiest is a 10% service discount after redeeming one KTC FOREVER point in the KTC Mobile app. Other eligible cardholders can register for 0.5% cashback or redeem points in THB 1,000 blocks for 13% cashback.
These options have different registration rules and should not be treated as one stacked offer. Reserve the treatment first, then choose the benefit that matches the bill and the points you are willing to spend.
Service discount
Redeem one point in the KTC Mobile app to generate an e-coupon for 10% off services. Show the live coupon to staff before it is used; screenshots and photographs of the code are not accepted.
The e-coupon is limited to one code per transaction and excludes retail products. The booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and the promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or cash vouchers.
Cashback routes
The 0.5% cashback route requires one successful registration before or on the first spending date. The 13% route requires at least THB 1,000 in one sales slip and 1,000 points for each THB 1,000 redeemed.
Points cashback registration is required for every qualifying slip on the transaction date. Do not assume a registration for the general cashback route also covers the points route.
Choose carefully
The one-point discount is straightforward when the service already suits your needs. The 13% option produces a larger percentage but consumes a substantial number of points, while the 0.5% route preserves points but returns little on a typical treatment bill.
Ask the branch to calculate the final service charge and any exclusions before opening the redemption screen. Once an e-coupon is used, it cannot be restored for a change of mind.
Branch planning
The campaign applies at Let’s Relax branches, making it useful for trips beyond Bangkok as well as city appointments. Treatment menus, capacity and opening hours vary, so book the specific branch rather than assuming every location can deliver the same time slot.
Arrive early enough to complete the card and coupon steps without cutting into the treatment. If several people are visiting, confirm whether separate appointments and transactions are needed for individual privileges.
Practical Information
Pay the remaining balance with an eligible KTC credit card. Keep the receipt, e-coupon record and any cashback confirmation until the account credit appears.
The service discount runs from 16 March through 31 December 2026. The cashback components run from 1 July through 31 December 2026. Recheck the campaign before a year-end booking.
