Redemption value
Nine eligible points generate one THB 100 discount code in the KTC Mobile app. There is no stated overall limit on coupon creation, but only one coupon can be applied to one sales slip.
The final fuel bill must be at least THB 1,000 before the THB 100 reduction. Any balance after the coupon is applied must be paid with an eligible KTC credit card.
Seven-day window
The e-coupon expires within seven days of receipt. Wait until you know when and where you will refuel, then complete the redemption close to that visit.
A successful points redemption cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Check that the selected station carries Bangchak Hi Premium and participates before pressing the final confirmation.
At the station
Tell the attendant you are using the KTC e-coupon before fuelling is finalised. Open the valid coupon in the app and press redeem in front of staff so the QR code can be scanned.
Screenshots, photographs and printed copies are not accepted. Keep the phone charged and connected, especially on a road trip where reception at a remote stop may be less reliable.
Card exclusions
The campaign excludes several specialist KTC products, including KTC CASH BACK, Royal Orchid Plus, corporate, government and KTC PROUD cards. Verify the exact card before redeeming points.
If the station cannot accept the coupon or the fuel type is unavailable, do not mark it used. Ask KTC or the station for help while the code remains in the valid section of the app.
Practical Information
The promotion applies to participating Bangchak stations and Bangchak Hi Premium fuel only. The minimum is THB 1,000 per sales slip, the coupon value is THB 100 and one code may be used per transaction.
