Use Mastercard’s Offer Fulfilment Platform to obtain a one-time promotional code. Then email the code and ONYX Rewards membership ID from the same email address associated with the request. The official instructions say approval can take up to seven working days.
Dates and duration
The promotion runs from 25 October to 31 December 2026. Once approved, the complimentary status is valid for 12 months. Submit early enough to allow processing before the campaign closes, and save the approval message for future account questions.
