KTC cardholders booking eligible healthcare packages through HDmall can combine a zero-interest instalment plan with tiered credit cashback from 1 August 2026 through 31 January 2027. A separate points redemption can return 13% cashback on qualifying blocks through 31 December 2026.
Medical suitability should lead the decision. Choose the provider and package first, confirm exactly what it includes, then use the payment route that fits the bill and your cash flow. A promotion should never replace clinical advice or informed consent.
Spending tiers
The campaign starts at THB 3,000 for eligible transactions. Published cashback tiers are THB 70 for spending from THB 5,000 to THB 14,999, THB 220 from THB 15,000 to THB 24,999, THB 400 from THB 25,000 to THB 54,999, THB 1,100 from THB 55,000 to THB 79,999 and THB 1,800 from THB 80,000.
Do not add optional tests merely to cross a tier. Compare the extra spend with the small change in cashback and ask whether each item is medically appropriate.
Instalment route
Eligible bookings can use a 0% instalment plan under the campaign conditions. Confirm the available term, the exact monthly amount and whether every service in the basket qualifies before authorising payment.
An instalment reduces the immediate cash demand but does not reduce the package price. Keep enough card limit available for the transaction and review how a cancellation or refund would affect the plan.
Points route
Through 31 December 2026, cardholders may redeem 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for each THB 1,000 of eligible spending to receive THB 130 cashback, equal to 13% on the redeemed block.
The points route consumes a meaningful balance. Compare that value with other redemptions and check whether the same transaction can receive any other campaign benefit before assuming the savings will stack.
Book carefully
Read the package description for provider, branch, appointment rules, included tests, doctor fees, preparation and expiry. Contact the clinic if pregnancy, medication, mobility or language support could change the visit.
Register for the required benefit within the campaign timing and keep the booking confirmation, receipt and card record. For a high-value package, ask HDmall and the provider how refunds are handled before paying.
Before the appointment
Follow the clinic instructions on fasting, documents and arrival time. Bring a medication list and relevant prior results if the provider requests them, rather than repeating tests without context.
The tiered instalment and cashback campaign runs through 31 January 2027, while the 13% points route ends on 31 December 2026. Recheck availability and conditions at booking because participating services can change.
